Well I just can't seem to get away from lullabye-esk themes.
 I hope you will enjoy it. I worked on this for about eight hours. I have a hard time stopping once I start a project. I know there is still lots of room for improvement.   Before I read the reply to the critique....I think the reflection under the ubrella are not reflections but some sort of glowing ,a representation of the magic that makes the umbrella fly,just like all the glitterystars around it!It's all the magic,that's what I see and in case I'm right I wanted you to know you were able to give that Idea....if I'm wrong I hope you're happy with the feeling it gives me!It gives me the feeling like she flying on fog!I like it,I can't get what's in there with her!Is that a rabbit?I agree on the top part,you could have done all the sky like that circle and braeake all the darkness,and I also would have added a little highlight on her hair and the top of the lamp .Apart from that is very nice and dreamlike and I like it!

 Usually when I do a piece I leave it fairly open for interpretation. In my mind they are floating on a stream or river. But not like a boat, more like a leaf that barely sits on top of the water. Also I think my screen most be much brighter than most people's cause on mine all the detail show up, but several people have mentioned it being too dark for them. I shall have to take that into account going forward. I am really glad you liked it.I was afraid no one was gonna like it after reading that critique  But I do appreciate candor. I know there are some areas where I can still improve for sure. Live and learn I guess    very nice!!

Critiques
Quite strange to see the reflection of the elements on the umbrella....thier refelction should not be reflected below since they are covered by the umbrella unless you purposely did it.
No idea why you chose that background...it doesnt really help to enhance your artwork and those lines at the top are unnecessary I feel. There are better bgs out there!
Good effort but with 8 hours, you definitely could have done better.
